The Chatbot Survey has now ended.
Thanks to many generous respondents out there, the survey is complete and I am in the midst of compiling the results. Over the course of the survey, botmasters and bot users contributed their thoughts about chatbots past, present, and future. The results also offer a glimpse of the demographics of the makers and users of chatbots, although these are not by any means mutually exclusive.
Please contact me with any questions, or you can send me your email address to be notified when the results are made public.
If you are a botmaster and were not able to complete the survey, please contact me. I am very interested in learning about your thoughts on bots. Of course, you can also join us for discussion on our various threads.
